MicroLux Project Assurance

Every MicroLux project comes with five commitments, in writing. Here's exactly what each one means.

Fixed price

The price on your signed proposal is the price you pay. Nothing is added without your written approval. If we find a condition that couldn't be seen at the site assessment (for example, loose tiles or moisture under the surface), we stop, show you, and agree the fix and cost in writing before going ahead. If you ask for a change in scope, we quote it in writing first.

Finished on time, or we pay you

Your proposal states the number of working days for your project. If we finish late because of MicroLux, we credit you $250 for every working day we're late, with no cap. The credit is deducted from your final invoice, or refunded if you've already paid in full. It doesn't apply to delays outside our control: changes you request, the site not being ready on the agreed start date, other trades, access not being available, or weather and temperature conditions that slow curing (very cold or humid days can add a day or two between coats).

We never go quiet

We reply to every message within one business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), from the day you accept your proposal until handover. On working days, you get a photo and progress update every day.

No surprises on the look

Before work starts, you approve your colour and texture on a real sample. Microcement is hand-applied, so natural tonal variation and movement in the finish are part of its character, not defects.

Your home, cleaner than we found it

We protect your home from the moment we arrive and clean the work area before we leave. If you're not happy with how we've left it, tell us within 48 hours of handover, with photos, and we'll pay for a professional clean of the work area, up to $500.

Plus

A 5-year workmanship warranty from MicroLux and a 10-year product warranty from Atria Australia, both transferable if you sell your home, and a free on-site check-up at 24 months.

These commitments are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and don't limit them.
